    I dont know if it is, but this reminds me of Dr Orpheus from the cartoon Venture Bros. Although he’s probably a parody of a more famous comic book character im oblivious too(?)

    of course if i had taken 2 seconds to think I would have noticed it was Dr Strange. Forgive me, Im scottish. We’re deprived of comics at a young age!
