my crazy hectic schedule came to a close last week when i finished the inks on the final issue of resistance for wildstorm. so if you’re following said series the last issue should be hitting the shelves in the next few weeks!

speaking of comics, i hope you all enjoyed free comic book day around the globe last weekend. for those who were in the know you may have picked up a star wars: clone wars tale i embellished from start to finish. being a star wars fan since the original trilogy began in ‘77 it was a great joy to work on this and be able to tackle the complete art chores from start to finsih! above is a snippet from page 2 and to the left is page 4. i’ll post more pages intermittently for those who were unable to pick up the issue – though if you look i assume local stores might have a few issues lying about, if you’re lucky

staying on the comics train i’d like to let everybody know that you’ll be able to find me at the extremely awesome TCAF show this coming weekend. join us at the toronto reference library on yonge st. just north of bloor st. and experience a great comic arts spectacular! i will be sitting with fellow transmission-x‘ers as well as other local talent. there will be art prints, t-shirts, books and other great swag from your favourite creators. we’ll be centre stage so to speak… you won’t be able to miss us.

oh, and we’ll be having a silent auction for an original art jam piece (take a peek at one from previous years here.)
